5. Available via the Service files are in the MP3 file format and can be played on computers with a sound card or portable devices.

6. Through the Site, users may purchase the offered products and services.

7. The prerequisite for successful submission of the contract is to provide the necessary data and information in the Site and to perform other activities each carefully described on the pages of the Site or in correspondence.

8. Orders are executed upon receipt received by the Administrator. We use PayPal to process our orders. Access to downloadable materials is instant after making a PayPal payment.

Buyer of mp3 files must use them as intended, play in electronic devices, from computer's hard drive or other appropriate devices without the possibility of duplication of the file, copy and use in an unauthorized manner to the law of its content in whole or in part, or changing its electronic structure ( ie file format), or else modify the file. It is prohibited to distribute such a file, share, regardless of the purpose and form of these activities.

12. Everyone who purchase the mp3 files must see to it that no other unauthorized persons have access to them so that they can be reproduced, distributed without consent of the Admin, or in any other manner inconsistent with the scope of rights granted. In case of detection of such situations, the Admin may make claims for the buyer.

14. Complaint will be dealt with on an ongoing basis by the Admin not later than 14 days after receipt of the notification of complaint.
